I hope everyone will help me make Elise feel very welcome.  We haven't added anyone to our office staff since Glenda joined us in 2003.  So, this is a MOMENTOUS OCCASION!   <Very Big Grin>

UPDATE:  Elise is really settling in nicely.  I couldn't be happier with having her with us.  Eventually some of you will get to know her better by phone and e-mail.
