Here's a crazy question for all of you. When you are working on your studies, do you have something to drink: coffee, tea, ginger ale, water...? If it's alcoholic, please don't answer the question, because that kind of thing gets around, and not in a good way, and scares prospective employers. :) So for me, it's almost always coffee, and occasionally ginger ale, and I'm trying to switch over to tea. Today it's hot Earl Grey with Bergemot (spelling???) and it's pretty good. Also good over ice. Ginger ale, which I became somewhat addicted to to get rid of stomach pain that came with a moderately mild case of Covid - is delicious. However, ginger tea stinks. Any ideas for healthy drinks to keep you hydrated while you work?

I love hot tea! My favorites are chai, Earl Grey, Lady Grey, and Irish breakfast. If I really need an energy boost, Yogi makes a "Sweet Tangerine" that has a great flavor. I add just a splash or milk or dab of honey if I'm feeling decadent.
Other than that, my water bottle is always by my side.
I do drink coffee in the mornings a couple times a week, but I know it's not great for hydration...
