I decided to create a Medical Coding Forum. It will not be dedicated to Andrews School topics. It will be a 'Closed' group so we know who is in it in case anyone is off-the-wall inappropriate, but otherwise, open to the public. The reason I decided to do it is obviously to keep The Andrews School name out there. I'm on 7 or 8 groups. Several of them are created and managed by the same people. There is one person who gives out very bad information, but it's her group and she is able to do that. It has made me want to start one where we don't really do much managing or controling, but at least I won't fear being thrown off if I correct BAD information being posted purposely by someone for their own questionable purposes. :) I hope ALL of you will join us there, whether you are coding students/graduates or not. Not much there yet. Please feel free to add, celebrate the opening of the forum, post introductory messages, etc. Always keep in mind though that this is social media. Don't post anything you aren't willing to have shared with the WHOLE WORLD.

Re: Our Public Medical Coding Forum
by Linda Andrews -
I just opened it up and there are already something like 24 new members. Where there are coders, there will be coding EMPLOYERS and JOB LEADS and NETWORKING leading to JOBS. :)
